20 MONTH LID

How fast and how slow time comes and go during this process and no one knows how long will be still waiting. So far 20 months and still in review I hope the CCAA start doing something about us, I don't think is fair keeping so many families living like this, not knowing when of how long we are going to be still waiting and the sad part is the babies are there why not to work to make the process more faster for us and the children.

OUTLET SHOOPING & ORNAMENTS

One day I will have two of these ornaments in my tree. Not just these wish one to be here.

Yesterday Sarah went to her doctor and when we left, I decided to take the rest of the day off and we went to the outlets to finish our christmas shooping. Sarah had so much fun in the play area and we spend a good day just the two of us.

Last year I get some special things just for Emily so this year and all the years to come she will have something under the tree just for her and when she gets her she will know how much we were thinking of her and waiting for her to come home.

At the maidemform store I found this little pocket that I think will be very useful in China, just to keep some cash some for emergencies or just not to put all in one place.

SAN JUAN INTERNATIONAL DOG SHOW 2008

A few weeks ago was the International Dog show In san juan dogs from around the world came here to get or try to get their Int. tittles if a tought because the judges come from diferrent countries and sometimes their standars are different from the American standard, but after a break from the shows I took Jake and Cara and both of them did a very good job, the two of them finished their INT. Tittles and Sarah did so good for a two year old she so into dogs too, maybe next year she can go to the ring, let's see.Nearly and her owner Ana waiting to be judge. She got one of the tittles.

How to keep a girl busy while you are grooming? Lots of candy and a ride with a friend.

That weekend was also a luch from the PAP from China and we only had time for a quick hello. Sarah and her friends Meiling and Leah.

There are so many things to give thanks for, but the most important one is the joy of motherhood that's the greatest joy in my life and the hope to finish this adoption journey and to have my two little girls together. Let's pray that the CCAA start speeding soon.

SHOOPING PART II, SECRET PAL & HALLOWEEN

Not that I need to buy more girl stuff, but not everyday you made it to the review room, so after 18 months of waiting Emily deserve to have something special to mark that day, so off to marshalls and found a beatiful ladybug jumper, ladybugs towels and a nice asian blanket all on sale, let see what I found for her when I get out of review.

This is Sarah/Emily's closet wall to wall of clothes size 18month up, Sarah is such a pettiet girl that she's till wearing 12moths outfits, which in a way is a good thing because she's wearing them all.

QUEEN BEE

Mysti had a check up at the vet she has problems going full term with her pregnancies(surprise)lots of tittles and a super pedigree and no babies , she has the best personality ever for the show ring, plus she's the house diva and the lider of the pack she keep the rest on line, she's my first girl and I love her to so much and I know she will be a great mom one day if is not meant to be it wont matter she is love anyway. Lots of places to be, but my purse is the best.

BACK TO SHOOPING

I was looking at some blogs and saw these beautiful bows on kim's blog and my shooping vein start to pumping,Im so weak when it comes to get things for the girls. I was behaving very good(really) but theres so many pretty things for girls and I start to picture them wering the outfits, bows and shoes. To my luck Sarah loves bows, she has to have bows in her head and in hair dolls hair. I know these bows wont last to get to Emily but theres a lot (really a lot) of stuff that Emily will wear. My beautiful model with the butterfly bow.
I cannot buy just one.

After 18 months the april 07 is in review... Yes. The CCAA know who were are and I hope they like us and everybody made it thru. Another good news.

GREAT NEWS

In summary, it is our understanding that, effective immediately, families who filed Form I-600A, Application for Advance Processing of Orphan Petition, prior to April 1, 2008 and whose USCIS approval of that petition (aka the I-171H/I-797C) has not expired, will be able to proceed with their adoption under the I-600A process if they take certain steps while their approval remains valid. This means that families with valid Form I-600A approvals will not be required to transition to The Hague process via the Form I-800A. In order to maintain their status as ‘grandfathered’ cases, families with non-expired Form I-600A approvals must request a one-time free extension. Then, prior to the expiration of the one-time free extension, families must file a new Form I-600A and pay the appropriate fee.

This news is a relive for all of us that will be affected if we had to change to the new rules, a good news in this long long road to China.

GOODIES FROM ONTARIO

I got a package from my friend Judy, she is also my Jake breeder and he spent a few months with her while he finished is Canadian Ch. and she was so pruod of him that he choose him to be in the Canadian calendar of 2009, plus in was in the monthly magazine, she send my a calendar, the magazine, his ribbons and to top it all chocolate fill with maple syrup (just what I need!), this little things makes you keep working, grooming and training.

Finally a New Cook Top

Finally my cook top arrived, now I can practice my cooking and try do blend the asian flavors with latin food so the girls will now the taste of their birth countries and a rookie at the kitchen so this will be a trial an error.

This morning I had to park at the top of parking lot I like to park there because you can look at the pier and see the cruise ships coming and going, this morning the marines where making some repairs to an air carrier it was so big that it took one side of the pier and after lots of rainy days we have a beautiful sunshine day.
